Important information before your appointment

  • Please check your junk/spam folder after booking your appointment and mark the email as safe.
  • Be on time for your appointment; a delay of more than 10 minutes will result in cancellation.
  • A reservation fee is required to reserve your place. The fee is only refundable if the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled 48 hours before the appointment.
  • For the lashlift alone or the combo service please arrive with your eyelashes cleansed.
  • No treatment will be given if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking accutane or under 16 years of age.
  • All payment methods are accepted!
  • Do not attend the appointment if you have flu symptoms or any other symptom affecting the technician’s health.
  • Coming unaccompanied
  • Wait 7 weeks before redoing your lamination or lashlift to avoid damaging your hairs and lashes.

Payment

Debit, credit and cash payments are accepted. Bank transfers are not accepted.

Retard

Please note that a delay of 15 minutes or more will automatically cancel your appointment. Unfortunately, you will also have to pay another reservation fee to take it back.

Annulation

Appointment changes or cancellations within 48 hours will result in non-refundable booking fees.

No show

If you fail to keep your appointment without warning, you will not be able to reschedule your next appointment. Respect is an essential value in a healthy company.
